The people
Stavros has come to Sougia since he was a child. Petra first came in 2007. Now we have decided to stay.
Together we decided to build something of our own here, from scratch, around two ideas: hospitality and simplicity.
We live in Sougia with our two French bulldogs, Hector and Mystique. When you write to us, it is one of us who answers.
AVYSSOS is a boutique residence of eleven rooms in Sougia, on the south-west coast of Crete, run by Stavros and Petra. We plan to open in 2027.
